Admission criteria members
- Lawyer for at least 5 years
- During the past two years, at least 2/5 of full-time working time as a lawyer spent on computer law
- Proven expertise in the field of computer law
- Training VIRA (Post-degree specialist programme in Computer Law of VIRA / Grotius) successfully completed
Admission criteria candidate members
- Certificate of successful Traineeship withing the meaning of the Act on Advocates
- During the past year, at least 1/4 of full-time working time as a lawyer spent on computer law
- Successfully completed the VIRA training (VIRA/Grotius postgraduate specialization course in IT Law)
The annual contribution for both members and candidate members is EUR 75,-
